Without this video proof, your return request will be rejected and you will not be eligible for a refund.

💳 Refund Policy
(A) Cash on Delivery Orders:
Refunds are processed as store credits only.

No bank or UPI refund available for COD payments.

(B) Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Wallets / Net Banking):
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 4–6 business days after receiving the returned item in original condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or missing item).

If any discount or coupon was applied at the time of purchase, that amount is not refundable.

⚠️ Do not share the pickup OTP with the delivery partner until the return parcel is properly handed over.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged/missing), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal choice (dislike, size issue), the customer must pay for return shipping.

🎁 Non-Returnable Items
Gift hampers and custom-made sets are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back with original packaging and tags.

🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size, design, or color, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order using any coupon code or credit issued to you.

🏷️ Discounts & Coupons
If you used a discount or coupon code while placing your order, that discount value is not refundable.
Refunds will only be processed for the actual amount paid by the customer.
